How To Feel Less Stressed
Here is the cure: stay in a hotel where you are given a room with two bathrooms. TWO BATHROOMS. For just you! How are you supposed to decide which bathroom to use? Should you alternate? Will one of the bathrooms feel left out if you just use the other one exclusively?
And come to think of it, which TV should you watch? There are three, after all. And one of them is actually IN one of the bathrooms---in the mirror, no less!
I guess that settles which bathroom you should use. I mean, you'd hate to miss a moment of CNN while applying your mascara, right?

Okay I must know what hotel you stayed in, assuming you refer to the one that housed you during your brief jaunt to Vancouver!

As for which bathroom to use, it's easy: one for #1, one for #2.

Actually, Laura, I'm in Detroit now.

what magical place is that? Your work treats you well, I'd say!

As long as you don't do what I did once. Put my stuff in one bathroom, not realizing there are two. Get back from dinner and panic, thinking someone was in my room. And stole my makeup!
Then....I found the other. bathroom.
sigh.
Welcome to Detroit by the way!

That does sound nice. But how are the beds? That's the true sign of a great hotel, if you don't wake up the next day feeling like you had slept on concrete.

Alternate? Hmmm. With my modest self I would think that the cleaning ladies would appreciate me using just ONE bathroom, so they don't have to clean the other. It's terrible, I blame my parents for not being able to think big. I want to be like a rockstar and leave the hotelroom all trashed. Or at least be able to not pick up after everybody for a few days. But I don't have it in me. I would probably just use one bathroom, hoping that the cleaning ladies - who I will never meet - think the world of me. I even make my own bed in the most expensive hotels, knowing that they come in and change the sheets anyway.
You go ahead and use BOTH bathrooms. Do it for me.

Always ALWAYS choose the largest bathroom. Gotta have room for the mascara.

Wow! I don't think I'm sophisticated enough for such fanciness.

I hope at least one has a drain stopper that works, so you can take many relaxing baths...

Divulge the hotel name. It's only the proper thing to do.

I think one for bathing, and one for getting ready - that way you don't have to deal with a fogged-up mirror while you primp.

It's the MGM Grand. It's awfully swanky.

We just got back from Puerto Vallarta where we had a phone in our bathroom. I thought that was the ULTIMATE until I find you have a TV in your bathroom. Damn.

Oh what a stressful situation. What bathroom to use? What TV to watch? I totally feel for u! If you'd like I can come over and you can come here to my wonderful office where there is absolutely none of those choices to be made.
Darlin' they sure do treat you well. . .
