Feisty Elle Earrings
These gorgeous Feisty Elle earrings were a gift, left on my pillow at the Broad Summit a few weeks ago, and I have yet to take them off since. Well actually, I had yet to take them off, but then I took them off before I got on a flight a few days ago, which was totally ridiculous because I somehow managed to lose one of them between San Diego and San Francisco and then I had to cry for a week.
But until I lost one, which was a tragedy indeed, I wore them every waking minute of every day. My favorite part, you see, is that they are made of felt, which makes them super light. Since my earlobe ripped apart in my hand one day and then I had to have it re-pierced a few weeks before the wedding, I've been wary of wearing anything too heavy in my ears, which kind of gets in the way of my mad love affair with big dangly earrings. So these feather-light Feisty Elle earrings were the perfect solution, and beautiful too. Don't take your earrings off before you fly, kids, I guess that's the lesson here.

As soon as I saw this I bought these earrings in gray. My earlobes haven't ripped apart but I had my ears pierced when I was little and the holes have stretched out into small slits instead of holes. I'm totally paranoid, especially after reading about what happened to you, that my earlobes will rip apart!
Anyhow, I love dangly earrings and I'm always looking for light options.
Can't wait to get mine in the mail :)

I hate losing earrings - and it is always best ones that go missing! I did get a happy ending last week though when I came back from lunch to discover I was only wearing one earring. One expensive earring that was being worn for the first time. I retraced all of my steps in the office and realized it must be lost but might as well trudge outside in search of a miracle - and I found it! Sitting on the sidewalk amidst all the tourist chaos of 5th Avenue, NYC was my untouched, unsmashed earring.

They are FELT? No way! I love them! I have problems with heavy earrings too. I just lost one of a new fav pair of earrings too...the upside is that it resulted in me learning the word for earring in Moroccan Arabic, so I guess that's something.

After obsessively going to the Feisty Elle website for two weeks, I finally ordered some of these awesome earrings and I LOVE them!
You weren't kidding when you said they are light - I can't even tell that I'm wearing them. Thanks for recommending such cute and comfortable earrings. My sister may be getting a pair for Christmas!
